If a realm is stated to be "Independent of all ideas" and it's nature is stated to be "absolute nature beyond time and space", what would a character that can exist, move and possible destroy it scale to?

A Realm Independent of Ideas: How To Scale This?

More context behind the character and dimension

Basically the character can survive being in the realm and is able to move in it and fight. This part is more talking about what level of speed would the character scale being able to move in such a realm.

The character has a talent that was stated to be able to destroy dimensions and previously beat a being who is of a higher dimesnion. He also has statements about him that go, "Being a tracend is less fun than you thought", "You're a pretty interesting subject. To be honest you're a foreign object that shouldn't exist in a third-dimensional system". The place is also where parallel worlds connect which there are at least half a million of. The charatcer also has a sword that "has the power to connect all dimensions freely. It exist across dimensions, and it is impossible to guess the origin of it" and another sword that is able to "break down the boundary between two dimensions", there also other swords with similar statements.

Honestly, it sounds like something that you need to actually read in order to clearly understand.
As for the speed. Most of these "can exist in a some realm" basically the same as hyperspace travel. There is no such speed outside this "hyperspace".

Fair enough, the scans are basically the same as what I wrote with the exception of a character saying them. There is nothing further besides it said to be "Independent of all ideas" , "beyond time and space" and "connects to all parallel worlds". Besides that nothing, no who made it? Or how it came to exist?
There is this one other thing about it, which is said to create projections of the parallel universe version of the charatcer, but they're nothing more than projections. However, I don't think it would change much.
It does lack details, which I believe is due to the nature of the game, it being a idle sword clicker on mobile.
