A question regarding It/Pennywise's Speed

So... It says on Pennywise's page that he's as fast as a Bullet Train... Can someone link me to the feat.

I don't recall seeing it in the mini series so I'm gonna assume it was in the Novel.

That’s not actually even its fastest as it was stated it travelled from outside the universe to earth and was in fact the one that wiped out the dinosaurs as the meteor putting him at however fast meteors are or possibly even mftl if trip only took even a year
