I don't know if this has already been answered or asked, so I'm sorry if I'm wasting time, but this just came to my mind.
For 1-A tier it is impossible to be interacted with physically by a non 1-A since R>F is at play and non 1-A can't have 1-A physical stats because of the qualitative superiority.
But doesn't this work only if we have count baseline 1-A?
Let me explain better with an exemple:
to qualify for 1-A B cannot be interacted by A and this happens, but since C is the author of B, he can create a story where A gets out of the story and punches B. So B would not qualify for 1-A anymore, did C just downgrade himself? If he didn't create the story where A punches B, would he be 1 layer in 1-A instead of being baseline 1-A? And since 1-As (of any layer superior to base) see the lower realities as fiction, would they all get downgraded to baseline 1-A in the case they can manipulate the plot because they could create a story where someone from the non 1-A world punches the a 1-A character or would they not be downgraded in the case they remained consistent with the tiering system (even if they could decide not to be)?
