A new Vs. Thread Rule: The continuation

As the past thread is a month old, this new thread had to be made.

"After the outcome of this, I think a new rule isn´t a bad idea, so long it´s actually needed.

I don´t know how to phase it, as it technically isn´t a stomp.

That match was a stomp though

Casper had a wincon Goku gad no wincon

Casper wouldn´t use it in character, however, as pointed in it.

But still, something has to be done.

Not using your wincon in character doesn't mean you don't have a wincon

Matches that can only end as an incon are just closed.

If one character has a wincon then the match is fine

Well, to my knowledge that part is kinda left ambiguous to my knowledge.

Something else that was brought up:

"Son Goku still stomps Thunder McQueen, as the latter has no win condition."
