How so? Isn't Nicole near baseline while Yor is nearly 9-A herself.
The only thing that seems to let her stomp is the Penance Stare which does have the potential to one shot though so does Yor's poison so that kinda levels out.

Just because she didn't use them there doesn't mean won't use them at all, especially if Yor (Who I'd say I more skilled) starts to get the upper-hand.

This was against someone she didn't want to fight. Against someone who genuinely angers her she would most likely resort to her hax. After all, she did the death stare on Tobias' father with 0 hesitation.
