Well now imo Twilight should be able to mind hax far far more than a town. Magic to me is like mana, the more magic you put in a spell, the stronger is becomes. Assuming this is true, then Twilight would get ridiculously powerful mind hax. But I'm not afraid to call it a big stretch.
