They are both some of the most skilled Servants in the verse, but I think Musashi takes it due to her fate manip. With all the uncertainty that can come in combat with two swordsmen this skilled, I think her ability to set events solidly in her favour is enough to give her a solid win. For this reason, I vote Musashi
