Kafka has instinctive action, status effect inducement, accelerated development, an aura that causes fear and hallucinations, attack prediction that can allow him predict where his opponents would attack from without knowing where they are and Corrosion inducement that ignores up to high-mid Regen. This seems one-sided.

So just Deku’s danger sense, except Deku’s own analytical prediction let him fight opponents like Mirio who are several times faster than him, and his only applies to Kaiju’s

He also has no counter to black whip spam in a Class M v Class T scenario, Deku treats him like a ragdoll

Before you mention Kafka’s other ability’s I’ll just discuss the main ones here

Regenration/Immortality: Relies On his core being un damaged, when Deku is ragdolling him for hundreds of meters and throwing out Faux 100%’s he’s not going to last long
Body control, elasticity, etc of that category: Only gives him more versatility, which isn’t going to help him escape Deku throwing kilometer wide wind attacks and black whips which will keep destroying him
Afterimage Creation: Literally just danger sense helping him, and unlike Deku, Kafka doesnt seem to have a way of finding Deku through his own afterimage creation outside of things like smell

Nor does he have things like Deku’s month long stamina WHILE being filled with bullet holes from before the whole trip started

Kafka‘s Attack Prediction let him dodge attacks from No. 9, who is tremendously faster than Kafka to the point that he can’t see them. This is not to mention, No. 9’s movements are unpredictable to the point of throwing off attack prediction of Kikoru’s level and has resistance to attack prediction.

Is that several times faster thing for Mirio from calculations or canon as Kafka was reacting to Supersonic+ attacks whist Superhuman. Even then, it is shown characters faster than him, such as Reno, Iharu and Kikoru also couldn’t react to these same attacks, having to also rely on attack prediction to dodge them before No. 9 adapted to their attack prediction

Indeed it will. He is comparable to CU Episode Reno, who is faster than Post KW Episode Kikoru, who faster than her KW Episode self that can amp her herself as the battle begins to one-shot and blitz opponents stated to be enough to prove a challenge to her(also, even when those same opponents were resurrected stronger and faster than before, she could still thrash them, calling them weakling regardless of their power boost), who is faster than SNO Reno, who can grow at a rapid pace that allows him to easily surpass someone who was initially stronger and faster than him.

Kafka was also shown to inferior in speed to Soshiro to the point of being casually blitzed but was soon able to dodge his blades at close range despite the same dude deciding to go at him pretty hard after discovering his weak spot.

Comparable to No. 10, who went from being unable to land a hit on Soshiro to outright blitzing him.

Not to mention, Kafka can harden his skin to increase his durability.

He also has no counter to black whip spam in a Class M v Class T scenario, Deku treats him like a ragdoll

Indeed, that is something to worry about but Kafka can summon jaws anywhere on his body to bite through the black whip. But is also not stopping him from releasing his energy beam to disperse the whip from his mouth
