A-Ha: The Man & Tier 11

The Man (A-Ha) is 11-A for existing as a drawing. However, looking like a drawing alone doesn't mean you're 2-D, as explained in our tiering system:

Please note that existing as a drawing or being made of data/information is not to be ranked at this tier, as such beings are still 3-dimensional, but on an incredibly small scale.

No evidence exists in the music video to point to him being 2-D, and there's also no evidence of genuine RFT, so he should just be 10-B outright and should lose all the hax contingent upon dimensionality.

So why would he be “10-B outright” as stated in the OP? Unless you’re happy to leave him as “Unknown” as said in your revamp, for the time being
