I can't believe I'm saying this but ... Freddy wins. Since SBA has them within arms reach of each other from the start.

The worst part is that Thor can't even outrun the fugly bear. Peak human speed is Bolt's 12.27 m/s. Freddy should be comparable/equal to Foxy who moves at 13.7 m/s. Freddy can likely maintain this while Thor has 10 ish seconds.
His best hope is for his fangirls to come and mob the robot (insert Sauron vs the Last Alliance gif here)
