• Both have their standard equipment
• Speed is equalized
• Fight takes place in the Nerve Gas House
• Win via death
• SBA for anything else

Neither of the profiles show any specifics on how good they are with guns so I’d assume they’re both relatively equal

Will and Peter both have similar justifications for H2H skill with Will maybe taking the slight edge as he’s been trained with 2 different techniques

Will has really good stealth so there’s a possibility that he could hide from Peter pretty easily and get the jump on him.

Will is also probably stronger and faster given he has more feats and they seem to be more impressive.

Probably gonna go with Will due to stealth mastery possibly edging out the otherwise completely equal skill gunfight
