I'm reviving this old thread with a new argument.
The reason it was declared a stomp was because IZ has more than Low 2-C range. However, IZ has multiple notables (posted Here and Here ) where the opponent's range is Low 2-C and they're still able to affect him.
Plus IZ in canon was erased by Low 2-C EE ( since he showed up in the main timeline and was still erased without the main timeline being affected by Zen'o's blast) I believe the argument for a stomp is invalid and we can open this debate back up.

With that said, if anyone who previously voted wants to change or reaffirm their vote then I will gladly do so.
