Can't tell the AP of Scorpion, is trapped in a circular rasoning. Also speed do not seems equalized so Rayne speed blitz.

That put Rayne around 7 times stronger than Scorpion. That plus the Rayne stat amp could turn this into a stomp.
Only chances that Scorpion have is Immune to fire and that can drag its opponent to the netherworld, where he is immotal (right?) and can grown stronger.

That's what Ed said, although according to our most recents discussion, x7 gap is not considered an automatic stomp, but at least should have something at its favor to close the gap (intelligence, skill, not necessary hax).

Well, Scorpion is a fairly skilled fighter. Even in the old timeline, he tended to win against everyone not named Sub-Zero, save for the time he was in a 2v1 against Drahmin and Moloch. (And even then, it's implied that he could have kicked either of their asses if they were by themselves)
He also has hellfire attacks which can burn people physically comparable to him down to their skeleton when used at their fullest capacity, so that might help as well. (Although a 7x gap seems like a lot to overcome, even with that)
