Jebediah usually starts with the Halo/Dissonance abilities, can Scorpion deal with matter erasure, type 2 madness and reality warping?

Iirc Jesus hasn't used those halo powers in combat in any of the eps so I don't think he would start with them.

He used the Halo to create weapons and resurrect grunts as zombies in MC1, he used it again in MC4, used to destroy a building in MC5, always use them in Project Nexus specially if you're far from him, and he used it all the time in MC8, so yeah...

I'm not saying he doesn't use the Halos powers, more so that he hasn't used stuff like Reality Warping and Mind Manipulation.
 
That is the Dissonant Energy that he uses in Project Nexus and MC8, which were his first moves along with firearms and the Binary Sword.

Dissonance energy literally powers the halo. when he uses the halo, he's using dissonance energy.

Not only that, it's very in character for him to use dissonance energy. he used the halo many times when he was assassinating Director Phobos.

Welp I've yet to play Project Nexus so I'll just take your guys word for it.
 
Voting for Jebediah as Hanzo has no resistance to any of the Dissonant abilities which is basically his entire thing. Since the distance is 20 meters, the first thing that he will do is attacking Scorpion with dissonance reality which will tamper his mind, erase his physical body and send his soul to Hell, and he can protect himself with forcefields that repels and reflects projectiles and the Binary Sword as well.

Personally his sword should even give Jesus a higher rating as it was Phobos', who's vastly superior to jesus with the halo.
