Assuming Mikey's at his KMG key, the AP gap Yor has on paper is worthless since KMG Mikey always starts fights with Dark Impulse which boosts his AP and speed massively. Considering that Mikey already massively upscales from 6 MJ in his base via one shotting the dude who scales there, it would be pretty accurate to say that he has the AP advantage here.
He has many ways to put Yor down (Higher speed and AP, higher LS, fear hax, dura neg, paralysis inducement) while Yor pretty much has none without weapons. Voting Mikey.

I also agree that restricting standard equipment is kinda too much.
Also imo the arena shouldn't be a UFC octagon as both characters commonly use acrobatics. The fight should take place in a more open space instead.

Tbh, restricting weapons for Yor makes this match invalid
Standard equipment can't be restricted for a valid matchup, only optional equipment can be.

Give Mikey the katana if you're afraid that Yor's weapons will make it unfair.
You can restrict standard equipment if it gives the combatant a different tier, though that doesn't apply to Yor either.

I mean Mikey only really uses weapons when he loses control of his Dark Impulse (pretty sure that's stated in his profile as well) and Yor doesn't really have any way of making Mikey actually lose control so it wouldn't be wrong to say that it'd be ooc for him to use his katana in the fight even if we give that to him.
While giving Yor her standard equipment would actually give her a wincon, I still don't see how she gets past Mikey's stat amps and hax.
