Winning via 1 hax isn't a haxstomp though. It explicitly states that on the page for stomp.

When there is absolutely no chance of victory, though? This seems like some sick level of loophole abuse.

There's not no chance of victory because theoretically any of them could do some of the stuff outlined on the CH thread that doesn't even need prep.

And from where did you take the assumption that the intellect and wits to make a smart choice is not an attribute? It's a stomp anyways!

Its not a stomp if a character doesn't think to do something that would let them win. Matt from EBF loses matches he wouldn't otherwise lose due to not haxxing in power. Tier 7 Gilgamesh is really arrogant and doesn't lead with stuff like Ea. Them losing for those reasons doesn't make them stupidity stomps or something.

That's not a thing. I already feel like people are too strict with what constitutes a stomp, but broadening stomp to that far of a degree is too much even for people who are more quick to call stomp. If a character loses due to a character trait or just being a moron, they aren't necessarily stomped especially if there's stuff that easily lets them win. By that logic, characters who open with hax or a really strong attack end up overrepresented in the losses department, as they can't hide behind the excuse of "muh intellectual stomp". Regardless, this is derailing at this point.

Stomps are only for wins. Incons are incons unless there is a specific kind of immortality or regen which defeat the purpose of a fight. Incons can never be stomps.

TMQ has a hax that defeats the purpose of a fight.
