Though, tbh, I should probably move the time manipulation to "possibly" instead of just certain. Comes from the fact that it is very likely that Hylia is the Goddess of Time mentioned in Majora's Mask, though it could be Nayru or some unknown goddess (which is the least likely option as an unknown goddess is never brought up in lore).

But...Yveltal can't stop time like Dante. Iirc, that was inconclusive as Dante kills Yveltal and Yveltal's death kills Dante.

Legit only one Pokémon can stop time. Well...and god.

And unlike a certain digital verse, not a lot of Pokémon have hax. I can legit name all the Pokémon with viable hax right here:

Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Darkrai, Cresselia, Yveltal, Arceus, (Mirage) Mewtwo, Celebi, Mew, Deoxys, Ninetales, possibly Lucario, and a good amount of Psychic and Ghost types.

But for now, I lean slightly to Zelda but I am sure I can pull something out to wank bayonetta.
