Keep seeing this in my 'similar threads' cause I've got two Zombina meme matches going, so why not?

So if this is second key, Reigen obviously stomps.

But first key I think Zombina takes this handily even without her guns. Her weakness to salt is only temporary, Shiishii seemed to recover quickly despite taking a rocksalt shotgun blast. Zombina's also faster, seems to be more professionally trained in combat, has an AP and LS advantage, and even if she gets stunned by the salt her superior durability will make her difficult to dismember to incap/kill her before she gets back up. Plus her blood is toxic which makes doing that by hand dangerous. And as a slightly brain damaged Zombie, Zombina is impulsive and more instinctual, which might mean his Social Influencing limitation might be relevant.

What if I give Reigen the Jugan air gun ?

Can't quite tell which way it should scale both AP and speed wise, so that determines how useful it would be

Probably at least Small Building level since Sakurai (the Jugan air gun belongs to him) injured Teruki (who has Small Building level durability) with a cursed toy katana and he considered his Jugan air gun to be his ultimate weapon

Zombina and Mon Musu have, since, had some CRTs that are massively necessary and were being worked on, which would include a dura upgrade for Zombina.

...buuuuuuut work on it creaked to a halt, so they're in a revision limbo.

The upgrade might make her durability comparable, calc comparison would be needed to be sure. Best I can do for you.
