A character creates a sun

it doesn't sound like pocket dimension creation, it just sounds like creating a Sun in a preexistent Universe. So, you would just use the Sun's GBE, IE baseline 4-C (Unless it was ultra casual or something).

I don't see why that would be the case. It's not like you're making a massive energy wave that creates the Sun. You're just plopping a Sun in the middle of the Solar System. The whole premise of the calc is based on the surface area. But surface area only works if you're doing something like an explosion or energy wave. At least with a pocket dimension, you also have to create that space in the first place. But here? In a Universe that already exists? There's zero reasons to assume surface area.

I mean, it's a massive wave of fire
  • "A million pieces of his steel flesh shot into the ground. Veining it before his fire flew up into the sky and become the sun. There was so much blood that fluttered the world drowning all The First Ones, as it formed the oceans. His death cry way so loud the echoes throughout the world to this day"

Well, why didn't you say that the first time? From the way you worded it in your original post, it sounded like they just poofed the Sun into existence rather than creating it out of their own fire. Up until now, there was no other context as to how the feat was being done.

Creating our sun = 4-C
Creating a pocket dimension that has our sun + the distance between the Sun and Earth = High 4-C

Since it is not poofed suddenly, there might be more detailed ways to calc the feat if there is enough context.

The description doesn’t seem to be an omnidirectional blast, but just a Sun/Sun sized ball of fire being shot into space, so it would either be 4-C, or would need a KE calc if it were slow enough (if it took more than 499 seconds for the Sun to reach the 1 AU distance).
Although if it’s literally a ball of fire rather than an actual star, it might be lower, since the density of fire is much lower than that of the Sun.
On the other hand, if it’s a Sun sized star that forms from a bigger ball of fire collapsing in on itself, it could be much higher, since oxygen burning stars are much denser than lighter element burning stars.
