But Starved is technically not a cannibal

Firstly, Cupcake actually scales to the undivided value of that calc, due to Seeman actually tanking the blast of all the bombs at the same time. However, that calc is something I should update given that it doesn't actually follow standards for vaporization (same for Seeldier's calc), it should instead be pulverization. That roughly downgrades the feat to just 1 Megajoule so... just scale Cupcake to this feat instead.

As for the fight itself... Does Starved have access to Furnace? If he doesn't, then it would likely go two or three ways.

1. Starved flies around in the Eggmobile while sending Badniks to attack Cupcake. Cupcake will easily take out the Badniks (9-B vs 9-A) but he might end up slightly worn out. Don't know how Cupcake will deal with the Eggmobile though, given his limited ranged options. idk if the Eggmobile has any offense capabilities but it doesn't seem like it does, so Starved may be forced to directly confront Cupcake which leads to...
2. Starved directly confronts Cupcake, Cupcake will likely win this encounter due to his aggressive approach compared to the Eggman (who resorts to intimidation tactics), Ubercharge boost (which would counter any physical attack from Starved) and superior LS (Class K vs Class 1)
3. Starved uses the Time Stones in some way to defeat Cupcake (either by time travel or by aging Cupcake), though that seems out-of-character for him to do in battles and might not work due to Cupcake's Accelerated Development and Type 4 Immortality

However, if Starved does have Furnace then it's a complete stomp, as Starved can keep distance while Furnace one-shots the Soldier.

Overall, my vote goes to Painis Cupcake, given that it's more likely that Starved would fight directly with the freak, which will poorly for the doctor given how the Soldier approaches fights, rather than resorting to using the time stones.
