So Deku holds a solid AP advantage, he is gonna have trouble getting around Low-High regen but since he's seen regen quirks before he'll likely learn from seeing it and know he'll have to Incap or use Blackwhip to bind Sonic down to win and with the AP advantage he can knock sonic out pretty easily
he should be relatively more skilled and experienced in combat as he is a hero-in training so he is being trained by some of the best pros around and has fought plenty more villains then Sonic has some of which were far stronger then him

if Deku can't use his one win-con which was either ko'ing sonic or incaping him wouldn't that make it a stomp? since Sonic just keeps regening and deku can't do anything
