depends on abilities tbh if that 9-B can affect say tier 3s with hax then GG or BFR then GG. Again depends on abilities but in raw fighting 9-B breaks their arms so hard its hilarious

9-B very very very slowly scrapes away the 4-B atom by atom
We don't generally consider scratch damage as valid, but lets be serious. Unless the 4-B's molecules are bound together harder than normal, every hit is going to knock off a few atoms, if nothing else.

But, and yeah I should've thought about this, like Red said wouldn't it be like a normal human trying to break a diamond by punching it as hard as he/she could? As in their hand would become jelly?

I'm just thinking like if Star Platinum (I know it's not 9-B, just an example) started wailing on a 4-B how long would it take for it to cripple them?

I thought only stands could harm other stands?*

A 9-B with MFTL+ wouldn't be 9-B, it would be well over 7-C just from the sheer speed of his fist.
