Banjo is kind of a knuckle head with some amp. His skill is breaking apart group of state of the art combat droids, and regularly fought together and against Sento who could do physic math inside his head to predicts movement of things around himself, also regularly fought against various enemies with gimmicky abilities.

Overall, nothing as broken as Horobi being near the level of the Zero-One Rider.

But if you insist on bringing in Baki then I'll happily insisted on choosing Horobi.
