I'm assuming Deathstroke doesn't have the Gravity Sheath? If so, they should be pretty evenly matched. Both can copy the other's fighting style, but Mori has the advantage in close quarters, while Deathstroke has the advantage in range. Mori is going to keep this close quarters and has the means to cover a gap in the form of speed amps so he would hold the greater advantage. Smoke bombs would do nothing since Mori can clear the smoke with a sweeping kick and can read his opponent's movements through body contact.

Isn't that with the Gravity Sheath? That would make Deathstroke unable to be beaten by anyone less than 4-B.

Yep, looks like the Tier 4 gravity sheath is part of the Ikon Suit.
So what advantages does Deathstroke have?

Deathstroke is an expert tactician who can outsmart battle geniuses like Batman, and he has an AI which can point out his opponent’s weaknesses, so by using Mori’s recklessness as an advantage, he can strategize easier. Not to mention how he is already almost 3x stronger since he upscales from Batman.

Since he holds the range advantage via having guns, he could just shoot Mori by the leg before the amp, depending on how fast the amp triggers

This entire fight won't go anywhere further than CQC. Mori's entire kit is for fighting at a close range, only fighting at a distance if it can't be helped. He is a beast at close ranged combat as he can understand and copy techniques after they're performed, on top of creating specific counters to said techniques. Shooting Mori, breaking any of his bones, or harming his organs won't stop him, much less when he activates Painlessness. Deathstroke's AP advantage can be circumvented by the 2x amp Mori can do with acupuncture.

Of course, all this is moot if the OP doesn't restrict the Ikon Suit.

Mori's would be either beating Slade until he can't move anymore or paralyzing him with acupuncture. Slade's would probably be killing Mori since that's likely what he would do.

From what I understand neither Deathstroke not Mori will have issues dodging tranquillizer bullets. Mori will have no issue clearing smoke with his Air Manipulation, and he has experience fighting while disorientated. Mori himself has death inducement and paralysis through pressure points, and can disorientate with his Air Manipulation.
Does Deathstroke's skill scale to Mori being able to copy moves after seeing them?
Does Mori have any feats against stealth?
