Saitama VS Ranfan

Seduction would most likely not work on Saitama but Ranfan should still have a skill advantage due to her Martial Arts so I'd vote for her.
 
I would need to know her AP as this Saitama survived an 4251746.4 J attack as a 12 yr old.

The only 9-B calc i know of for DBZ is 651175 J from Satan himself, and would be an

6.52934464622x AP advantage for Saitama.
 
She scales to a casual Nam, who when serious can match 21st Budokai Kid Goku, who is far stronger than 2774.88 Kilojoules. So she should scale to around 2774.88 Kilojoules.

That's what the profile implies.

Simlear attack and durability ranfans faster has a stamina feat and does have advantages listed in her powers and abilitys Saitama doesn't if it's in the world tournament arena then I'm guessing Saitamas not allowed to kill so no victory via killing with Tie...Ranfan fra
 
Even with speed equalized, Ranfan has "At Least Wall Level" AP and is a martial artist, and Saitama doesn't have any resistance to heat/air manipulation. I believe these will give her a huge advantage in this battle against this Saitama key, but idk about stamina.
Gonna vote Ranfan for now.

There is no need to start over again. At the very least we don't need to make a completely new start since we already have four votes for Ranfan in this thread.
