Don't know honestly, he would need several powerful attacks to reduce all the Vitality of Legion, Legion is naturally weak to lightning, though they gained resistance to lightning to compensate so the actual damage it would receive from that would be less. Also, if he attack with something too powerful Legion could reflect the damage directly to his Vitality, which would probably **** him.

I'm going to say from this moment that the way to bypass the damage reflection of Legion is mixing powerful attacks with weak ones in a way that the weak one is reflected and then a powerful one come immediately after. It's something tricky so don't think Thor could do that quickly enough before get greatly damaged or directly die.

Well, not exactly. Thor still has higher dura and a big LS advantage. Thor also does have the stamina to restrain him for longer than normal so he outlasts. How does Legion’s abilities work?

No, it's only overpowered when it does not require physical touch.

Yeah, the giant meatball should win. Thor has a x1.7 stat advantage, yes, but that's really the only relevant advantage he has. GIven Legions size and shapeshifting Thor can't restrain them with LS.
Legion is just a ball of meat, without bones or a brain or otherwise organs to damage. Blunt damage is virtually irrelevant against it.
Lightning would work if it incinerates Legion. However, Legion has acquired lightning resistance. It also has Super-speed Regeneration to quickly shrug off any damage that is made. Thor would need to incinerate every piece of their plentiful flesh to kill it.

That's especially not an easy task due to Ereshkigal's counter. Anytime Thor deals a big damaging hit, he will get the damage right back. In fact, due to Legions ridiculous amounts of vitality, he will likely get an injury much larger than what he inflicted on Legion.
To that comes that he is toast when touched, that Ghost can go imperceptible to get a free hit in, that Legion can throw masses of its flesh around to cover the surroundings and then make them explode, Legions ability to spawn countless undead monsters to fight on its side etc.
In fact, there is a fun trick Legion has, where it makes the opponent slaughter monsters and then makes the fat, blood and guts that remain on the opponent from slaughtering them explode from a distance to deal massive damage.

If Thor restrain Legion they have the options of:
1) Self-Explode with Baba Yaga ability or make him burn.
2) Absorb his meat.
3) Parasite him with Berserker ability.
4) Teleport with Shadow ability.
5) Attack with Yomotsushikome and Yomotsuikusa (monsters made with parts of their body) while restrained.
6) Suck his Vitality/pour death to him with Pluto ability.

Correct, the most dangerous things need physical contact.

I mean, he don't necessarily can die in one single touch, he could survive and since the things have a trick to bypass them one could win, though I don't think Thor could do so.

Though it seem broken I think that there are characters in the tournament that have chances of defeat Legion, like Natsu, Haru Glory, Benjamin and so. Thor just had bad compability with this Legion, if is was before the resistances to lightning he would had a good opportunity.
