Even if Mori were to get close, not only can Obito copy and match his abilities, he also has sharingan that grants him info anaylsis, enhanced senses, analytical prediction. He also has Genjutsu. I haven't even touched on the rinnegan abilities. This is assuming that Obito doesn't use his spam.
