if someone's hax (tier 10-3) affects a tier 2, doesnt that mean that they have some 4D power but less than universal? because they are affecting someone infinitely stronger than them, and we cant argue someone's hax working on people with higher dimensions, thus, hax doesnt ignore AP completely.
