A standard Universe (i.e. the Space-Time continuum on a Universal Scale) hax = 4D.
The haxes about time don't necessarily always give 4D. But in some cases it can.
As an example, part of the body of the character "Shadow Mind" in Shadow Fight 3 consists of time. And as he enters in the VSB profile, he has given it a "Higher Dimensional Existence".
