Alright, so all of Tony's money becomes unusable. He basically only has whatever liquid funds he has. I am gonna vote for Tony here. He can make a deal with one of his employees to take on the curse in exchange for having all of their needs met, and he can give them liquid assets, which are fully allowed to be exchanged.
