4 dimensional entities

Characters who can destroy the entire space-time of the universe and characters who are 4-Dimensional are Low 2-C

Wrong, actually

4D characters are at least High 3-A (High 3-A is for 4D characters who can't bust a 4D spacetime continuum)

A four dimensional entity transcends the regular space-time continuum. High 3-A characters don't.

High Universe level is the rating for 3 Dimensional characters with 4 Dimensional power. They have only (sizable) a fraction of the power of a four dimensional being.

Well, according to our tiering system, set in place accoding to the instructions of DarkLK, High 3-A incorporates both infinite 3-D power, and less than universal 4-D power.

I'm pretty sure many "4-D" characters in fiction are actually 3-D characters with 4-D powers and abilities

Even those Low 2-C and above

Simply having 4 dimensional powers does not award you the status of a 4 dimensional being.
Well duh

So? I have still seen many characters who are 3D, but have 4D abilities on a Low 2-C scale or higher (listed on this wiki)
