Goku is ranked High 8-C for scaling to Nam, who in turn is ranked High 8-C for scaling to Goku. Does anyone have an actual justification for Goku and Nam being High 8-C.

Question: Where's the High 8-C tiering coming from? Both Blue crash and Tao pillar throw were calculated as Building level.
Similar to Blue's tiering (that never were resolved) it said that he is stronger than Hatchan, when that never was stated nor showed in manga; Hatchan never destroyed (or at least not remember) the Muscle Tower.
