Link in this case is more experienced than Mario, a more skilled fighter, and he can adapt to Mario's powerups, if Mario were to go invincible however. Link can EE him. And power null, probably more likely that Link power null Mario, even then Link has a stronger arsenal. So I say Link takes this one.
