The regeneration is way too much for Mikasa, she has no answer and would simply lose to it alone.

No idea how enhanced senses even helps here since Mikasa doesn't use stealth or anything. They can both oneshot each other with their respective weaponry but Mikasa has a higher chance of doing so with superior speed, maneuverability with the ODM gear, AoE with thunder spears, and homefield advantage.

That would work, but it’d be difficult since Mikasa has to cross this gap while Touka iirc is mainly a ranged fighter.

Ghoul hearing will let Touka better track Mikasa than she can her. I’m guessing she’s on the experienced ghouls end which makes this even better. Touka is also better off at this distance since her attacks can cross tens of meters. Plus Kagune are just less predictable than swords and Thunder Spears. Her Kagune is also stated to be able to stop projectiles and should be wider than Mikasa’s gear, giving her plenty of room to block them and overwhelm Mikasa with her own projectiles.

Mikasa has skill, but Touka has plenty of experience using her abilities and tens of meters attacks which are wider than Thunder Spears. If she gets the chance to cut down the wires from ODM Gear, she could easily one shot Mikasa while she’s left midair.

How fast is the Thunder Spear because if I don't see any reason Mikasa doens't shoot both of them and one shot Touka.

Once Touka activates her kagune, her physical characteristics scale up to her kagune and Mikasa will not be able to harm her.

Touki's brother has already been able to survive multiple hits from weapons similar to thunder spears, but scaling slightly higher in AP. He was knocked out for a while, but it didn't even kill him.

Moreover, Touka has experience in neutralizing such weapons with the help of a force field.

Mikasa's only chance to take it is to kill Touka before kagune is activated, relying on superior AP and speed, however Touka's extensive combat experience and her enhanced senses make this difficult.
