I think the main question is, can the snow leopard's bite go through the Panda's thick fur and fat and hit a vital spot? The other question is, will the Panda get a bite before the leopard?

In nature I doubt these two would care to interact but if we're forcing them to fight then I'd guess the leopard would win if he gets the bite in and fails if he doesn't.

Yeah a critical bite could give the Snow Leopard the win. They're even seen as potential predators of young pandas. Though Adult Pandas outweigh them, so it would be harder to pull off on them.

The leopard is probably far more agile, it could leap onto the Panda and chomp its neck. Those claws are gonna do nasty damage as well. I don't know how well Pandas can fight but they're not grizzlies. Voting the snow leopard for now
