The characters in RWBY are skilled enough to beat Homelander despite the AP and DURA disadvantages; I don't think he'll be able to land many hits on Blake.

I always thought RWBY's skill was being overstated, but Blake has to have mastered the short sword form and rope blade form of her weapon as well as dual wielding. She uses a fighting style that lines up with this too.

Homelander's fighting style... Reminds me of a fight between two children. Honestly, I could analyse Blake's fighting style but there's not really a point here. The purpose of analysing two characters' specific fighting styles is to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of each style and weapon compared to each other. Given he's literally about as skilled as the creatures of Grimm, such comparison is completely redundant.

Skill massively favours Blake. That 3 times power advantage is a tough barrier to climb though.

Homie laser spams and if that doesn't work, he tries to bumrush the opponent with no regard whatsoever. If one is an 8-A and they have basic dodging and combat skills, that's always gonna be a hurdle for Homelander to climb, regardless of anything.
