How many strikes does he need to use the boost? Or each hits is 325% x 4-C AP?

This move looks pretty strong. It also seem to grant a boost high enough to overcome Kai's AP

Azure's Aqua Ablutes All (蒼龍傲睨Cānglóng Àonì・劫水濯世): Dan Heng's Ultimate. Unleashes a 3-hit attack that deals imaginary damage equal to 360% of Dan Heng's attack to a single target and imaginary damage equal to 168% of Dan Heng's attack to adjacent targets.

Technically, if Kai sees his attacks getting overpowered or realise the enemy can do stuff above his level, he would start using RDT which in that case gets bad for Dan Heng

Yeah, Dan can go up to 3.25x stronger than Kai with his Fulgurant Leap (which is bad for normal Kai), while if Kai use RDT, he'll go up to 3.07x above Dan's strongest attack, and 19.97x Base Dan Heng

If he has higher AP, I think it would also evaporate the water, giving a chance for Kai to sneak on him

Kind funny how his ult deals less damage than the Fulgurant Leap. Also, Kai can spam fire bomb him via Fire blasts, or just restrain him with higher Lifting Strength and the help of Spinjitzu

Given that Dan's attacks would kill him due to IE hax and the fact he's a master spearman, I think it would be pretty hard for Kai to easily slam him in close range like that

Because else we'll assume the max range possible (which has a cap of 4km) based on their range feats, and because of Kai they would start hundreds of Meters away from each other, which makes most of Dan attacks unreachable to Kai while it isn't for Kai to Dan (and overall just disavantage both)

Ok so I was completely joking about him chucking the ocean at Kai but I forgot he literally did this in the story mode 😭

I dont wanna break the thread again but how does Kai survive any attack from Dan Heng when any of attack just quantumizes Kai.
