After gaining enough evidence that Homelander, the world's greatest "hero", was in fact a sick psychopathic murderer, Phoenix is ready to take Homelander in to court to charge him for his crimes, except Homelander will never allow Phoenix to expose him, so he must murder him.

Speed is equalized, both are 9-A, and the battle takes place in front of Vought Tower. Both start 10 meters apart.

If Phoenix already has evidence then he can whip out Turnabout Mode and Ace Attorney anytime he wants. If he already has the advantage, SI and psychological instability aside, I don't see how Homelander is going to escape the reckoning that is TM.
