Spec doesn’t really have any abilities to overcome any of MCU Pete’s advantages, though I do see your point of the AP gap not being that big which is kind of close to making this a complete stomp

Point is, a one-sided match isn't necessarily a stomp. It's only a stomp when the character basically doesn't have to exert themself to win and the opposing combatant couldn't have done anything about it no chances at all. If they one-sidedly take the victory with effort, then it's decisive. And MCU Spider-Man still has to put in the effort to take down his spectacular counterpart.
