What makes it not a stomp is the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist able to reflect Sonic's attacks but Sonic only needs one attack to end Garou.

What makes it not a stomp is the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist able to reflect Sonic's attacks but Sonic only needs one attack to end Garou.

Not only will he not one-shot Garou, but he might never even be able to hit Garou. Sure this isn't his Half-Monster form, but his skill is still drastically above Sonic's, to the point of making up for the 3x AP advantage and then some. Also, 3x AP advantage means jack-shit in the face of WSRSF, which can deflect one-shot attacks like nothing (Shown by Bang and Garou multiple times).

Garou easily wins via skill. He's VERY used to fighting stronger opponents (And those who are FAR more skilled than this sonic)... That's literally what he does every single goddamn fight. A 3x advantage from an opponent who doesn't even begin to compare in skill to Garou can't really do much against him.
