Speed is equal and both are low 2-C and both are bloodlusted with the fight taken place on Beerus' planet. We all knew this was going to happen eventually

Infinite Ultron:

Unless Beerus goes for Hakai as an opener, Ultron has tons of options to end him. Reality warp him into a fish, stop time and phase through him, grow to the size of a galaxy and eat him, etc.

Beerus probably one shots if Ultron goes for melee, as Beerus is massively above baseline Low 2-C while Ultron is like only somewhat above baseline. That and Beerus is a much more skilled combatant

^

Ultron could also use time freeze to stop any of Beerus' attacks coming to him.

Hmm I see, what's ultron's answer for paralysis inducement
How does it work?

Ultron's attack speed is also much higher than his normal speed meaning that Beerus would struggle reacting to them, and it'll be worse if Ultron goes giant.

he just points a finger or looks at you I think.

Beerus has instinctive reaction, ki sensing, resistance to sensing and is a better fighter, so speed isn't a problem for him

Yes because without that, he goes for the melee or an energy blast, neither of which could harm Beerus due to the sheer AP gap

I see I see.
But I heard using any multiplier or abilities to increase speed to the point of blitzing isn't Allowed?

I know, but speed is equalized to the slower opponent, and Ultron has attack speeds far greater than his own. Only the base speed is equalized.
Combat Speed is equalised not base speed

The combat speed of that faster character is assumed to be equalized to the combat speed of the slower character. Every other speed the faster character has is reduced by the same multiplier. This includes the speed of any attacks, projectiles, reactions, perception, flight etc.

Pretty sure speed equalisation equalises all stats, outside of multiplications (Dyspo's light bullet for instance).

Ultron is not blitzing, and if both are bloodlusted, this is yet another inconclusive, without it, Beerus wins 8/10.

Speed equalized does not include relative speed. If a character has reaction speeds faster than their movement, that difference is maintained in speed equalized.

When speed is equalized, the combat speed of the characters are equalized, and every other different speed statistic is altered by the same multiplier that the combat speed was.
Anyway, ki blast gg.
