Peter is often an idiot, and mostly relies on close range, which is a bad move because Sans would bone him to death via KR. Even if Peter did use guns against Sans, he could already react to and dodge Frisk’s gun, so that isnt really anything new to Sans.

Not stated, but visualized. If you look at the gun’s attack animation, stars in the same shape as the SAVE points appear, which is supposed to symbolize determination.

Seems like a stretch to me, but in anycase Chara was swinging that knife far faster than bullets anyways.

i am voting sans since he can just incap him using bones and gaster blasters (which i don't think peter can regenerate from since the best thing we seen him regenerate from was getting his neck snapped)
