Unless Copy-Vegeta goes out of his way to absorb Goku right away, yeah, I'm with everyone else on Goku winning via Kaio-ken. Dude doesn't even need to go x20; just x5 will do with Goku's fighting experience (and how easily Raditz would've stomped Goku and Piccolo if he was more competent, but let's not go there).
