All things aside, Misogi takes this in an almost stomp fashion. However after the upcoming Rakudai CRTs it'll be a stomp, cus Ikki won't have any way to put him down.

This key just shouldn't be assumed he can do anything desperado related. He has never shown anything yet.
The key that can do desperado shit (meaning passives if bloodlusted) is a key that used to exist but currently doesn't. And will be added in the future. But even when it does get added, Ikki will have no way to win against Kumagawa. Cus it'll come with a huge nerf to Phantom Form which is currently the only thing Ikki can do to bypass Kumagawa's resurrection.
The key that can do desperado shit (meaning passives if bloodlusted) is a key that used to exist but currently doesn't. And will be added in the future.
