Darkseid's Omega Beams are quite broken tho, they can either transmute or outright kill... but Hakumen still has a chance of knocking him out. So yeah, Darkseid's Omega Beams are the deciding factor here, for me

I believe they would count as projectiles and thus Hakumen could cut them with his sword and nullify them.

I'd argue the beams would not supersede Ookami.
