Story: ‘Twas a fine summer day as the thief in green waltzed home with his prize, the fight to get it was arduous, but the result was glorious. A malice-filled grin curled around his face as he imagined the ramifications. The crowd stared at him as he walked on by, his reputation spread throughout. As he wandered into a small clearing close to his home, he came across a girl in plain dress, staring straight at him. Fire lit her eyes as the crook approached. The thief cared not for her, only giving her chest a quick glance. She began yelling “Stop there criminal scum. You know what you stole, hand it over.”
The green crook seemed defensive at first but composed himself to respond “Oh, and what do you mean miss?”
She became flustered “The-The... The Panties, Hand them over.”
“How much are you willing to pay.” The thief, snapped back, hoping to slightly reduce his debts.
“The hard way it is then” the woman brought up a small bottle and began shaking.

So, if Speed’s not equal... Kazuma kind of blitzes. Kazuma has options, as does Player. Player one-shots with Soda, Kazuma one-shots with Dynamite, Kazuma incaps with his Rope crap, Player escapes that via the Teleporter, Kazuma can’t damage Player without Dynamite but Player can certainly damage Kazuma.
What does Kazuma typically lead with, and how often do they steal crap from people mid-battle? The latter will heavily influence this match, because if Kazuma typically steals all of his opponents Weapons, Player loses a good portion of his arsenal.

I thought Superhuman wasn’t blitz worthy.
Consider it equalized.
He used steal often, and starts with either that or dynamite.
B-soda is a lot more avoidable then Dynamite.
I don’t see how the Player will even activate the teleporter while wrapped up.
Overall Steal hard-counters all of their arsenal alone, the ropes allow for incap, and the 9-A stuff is just the icing on the cake here.

A: He’s rated at Superhuman, likely Subsonic. Player is also only Average Human, so still a solid gap.

B: The question’s mainly ‘How often does he steal weapons mid-battle?’. If he saw Player holding up a Soda Can, would he try and steal it? Note that a lot of Players Arsenal is seemingly useless objects, such as Candy Bars or Safety Scissors.

C: I don’t know either- I’m going off of the Wiki and Profile for info, and the Profile literally goes into 0 detail about the Teleporter. However, it seems the Teleporter can be used during scenarios where The Player is frozen and unable to act (aka during Mrs.Pomp’s tantrums, which freezes the Player in place for a while) or restrained via Gum (aka Beans, who fires large wads of gum that restrain The Player, however Player can still move, albeit slowly, and use Safety Scissors to escape).

C: He can still clearly move his arms in the gum example (since he can use scissors.), so it doesn’t work. The teleporter is somewhat random too, so it might end up BFR’ing the player (kinda fitting for the Konosuba match.)
B: If he considers it useful, (he sees how many tools she has) he will use it, so it is likely that he will at least try a few times.

A: A solid gap is allowed, speed was only gonna be equal if it stops a blitz.
