Can someone explain to me what you have to be or do to get a 1-A rating? I thought it was transcending an infinite dimension, but I found out it would just put them high 1-B at best.
 
A beyond-dimensional nature for which the qualitative superiority to all dimensions of space and time is clearly explained.
