Well what class is Shepard in for this one?

Well I guess under SBA it'd be his strongest class so Adept then, remind me what does Sans do in fights again?

Sans begins with this SUPER HEAVY Danmaku, and all his attacks are bascially with a poison that corrupts your SOUL which drains your HP real, real fast (hence why he has dura neg, because that inflicts 1 damage per frame regardless of how high your DEF stat is), which kills you in like 5 seconds if you cannot properly dodge his attacks.
His TK is also Class 10 (9 Tons), which is higher than Shepard's of 7 Tons (iirc).

Shepard's LS is also Class 10 iirc and he can also use TK thanks to throw. Shepard will likely open with either Singularity, which is basically a mini black hole or Warp which can rip apart a target at the molecular level and iirc both are done with a hand gesture

I mean both open with raising their hands, singularity and warp are instant ggs there. This looks like a typical incon to me tbh

Sans doesn't start with his strongest attack if his opponent is a good person, is Shepard a good person?

Shepard's is a Bioware RPG protag so its honestly up in the air morality wise.
In ME3 he can save the Krogans from their genetic neutering or damn them to extinction, in the same game he can unite the quarians and geth after their 300 year long war or choose one to go extinct. And this is just one of many examples of morality choices a player can do.
Trying to give a default personality for them is pretty hard as in every conversation you can go Paragon one time and then Renegade the other sentence.

If they even have an small ounce of goodness inside them then I think its extremely possible Sans will let them off the hook and try his SI to just make them go away

Shepard could also attempt to SI if that's the case, guy was able to make Saren and the illusive man blow their brains out after making them realise they were under the effects of reaper indoctrination. The effects of which are explained here
He's got other SI feats, such as getting Tali cleared of charges of treason against her people without even showing evidence (This costs you her loyalty if you show the evidence.) Shepard can convince Wrex to stand down on Virmire, who sought a possible means of helping his people. Shep also can make Miranda and Jack stand down, the latter once dropped a space station onto a hanar moon for giggles. And also convinced the Quarians and Geth to stop fighting after warring for 300 years or so. He's also talked folks out of fighting with just a sentence or two in the past
That being said though I don't wanna have this be Courier vs Sans all over again lol, imma stay incon here and bow out. Hopefully can get ME revisions done down the line at least.
