    Let's say someone is blitzing someone with Immeasurable/Infinite speed. In this case, is his speed higher than other Immeasurable/Infinite speed characters in Crossverse? And is this called a "layer"? (So "character X gets 3 layers of Immeasurable speed" etc.)
