Ok so currently Durnehviir's soul resistance scales to the Ideal Masters, who are low 1-C, and people have been mentioning that a dragon resisted having his mind controlled by Molag Bal. However last time I checked both of those resistances were rejected during the original Elder Scrolls...

Dragons are not born nor hatched, they simply are, being eternal, immortal, unchanging, and unyielding. All Dragons in The Elder Scrolls have Type 4 Acausality. Durnehviir should too.
Durnehviir takes on the goddess Ashera because the Dragonborn is way to tired of being spammed. Speed is equalized for obvious reasons and since Ashunera has resurrection, this fight takes place in the Soul Carim.
